These Terms govern use of PixelFireman (the "Service") at pixelfireman.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
PixelFireman generates and transforms images using third-party AI models and Claude for routing and editing. Output quality, availability, and model behavior may change over time.
PixelFireman is operated by Guy Berkovitz. Support is available at support@pixelfireman.com, with a target response time of two business days.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase credits.
PixelFireman is pay-as-you-go. There is no free tier: to generate images you first purchase a credit pack. Packs start at 10 US dollars for 1,400 credits. Image generation consumes credits; larger images use more credits per image. Purchased credits do not expire and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.
Credits you have purchased remain usable while the Service operates. If PixelFireman is discontinued, you will be given at least 30 days notice by email and a reasonable period to use remaining credits. Unused prepaid balances are not transferable and have no cash value except where required by law.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited content is blocked and may result in account suspension. A blocked request does not consume credits.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the images you generate and may use them commercially. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and resulting images do not infringe the rights of others.
We do not use your prompts or generated images to train our own models. Prompts are sent to third-party AI providers only to produce your results, and are subject to those providers' own terms. Prompts and outcomes may be retained to operate the Service, enforce credit limits, and detect abuse, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that output will be accurate, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelFireman is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time.
