This policy explains what PixelFireman collects and how it is used. PixelFireman is operated by Guy Berkovitz. For privacy questions, contact support@pixelfireman.com (target response time: two business days).
To operate the Service, enforce credit limits, prevent abuse, process payments, and improve reliability. Prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic for routing and editing, image-model providers for generation) solely to produce your results.
We do not use your prompts or generated images to train our own models. Content you submit is processed by third-party AI providers only to produce your results and is subject to those providers' own terms.
Prompts are screened by an automated safety classifier before generation. Prompts and outcomes may be logged to detect and prevent prohibited use.
We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (AI model providers, PayPal, hosting). We do not sell personal data.
Account and usage data, including prompts and the images you generate, are kept while your account is active so you can access your history and balance. Generated image URLs are served from storage and may be removed over time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; we will delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve billing disputes.
Purchased credits do not expire and remain usable while the Service operates. If the Service is discontinued, we will give at least 30 days notice by email. See the Terms of Service for details.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact support@pixelfireman.com.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We also load third-party advertising and analytics tags that set their own cookies and identifiers:
These tags may track your activity on this site for advertising and measurement, subject to the providers' own privacy policies (Meta, Google). You can limit this tracking through your browser settings, your ad-preference controls with those providers, and standard opt-out tools.
