PixelFireman generates and transforms images using third-party AI models and Claude for routing and editing. Output quality, availability, and model behavior may change over time.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase credits.
Image generation consumes credits. Free accounts receive a monthly allowance. Purchased credits do not expire and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited content is blocked and may result in account suspension.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the images you generate and may use them commercially. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and resulting images do not infringe the rights of others.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that output will be accurate, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelFireman is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time.
